Radiant Transitions: Ayurveda for the Menopausal Journey
Perimenopause and menopause are powerful transitions—not endings, but gateways to deeper vitality, wisdom, and creative freedom. Through the lens of Ayurveda, these years are understood as a natural shift in the body’s elemental balance, particularly of Vata and Pitta. In this talk, we’ll explore how Ayurvedic principles can help ease common symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, and sleep changes, while nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn practical lifestyle rhythms, simple herbal supports, and grounding daily rituals to create steadiness and ease through change. We’ll also touch on the emotional and spiritual dimensions of this life stage, honoring it as a time of renewal rather than decline. This is an empowering conversation for anyone approaching or moving through this sacred transition.
